12X12 Benefit Art Auction

The Vieques Humane Society & Animal Rescue invites you to join our annual 12X12 Benefit Art Auction! Hosted by the Siddhia Hutchinson/Glen Wielgus Gallery, this beloved event unites art lovers and animal advocates to support a great cause.

How You Can Contribute

Artists of all kinds — we need your 12X12 creations! Whether you paint, sculpt, collage, or experiment with other mediums, we encourage you to get creative. Here's how you can participate:

Artwork Specifications: Your finished piece must measure exactly 12 inches by 12 inches. You’re welcome to use any material: canvas, wood, ceramic, metal — whatever inspires you.
Submission Deadline: All artworks must be received by Friday, March 7, 2025. Submissions received after the March 7 deadline may not be included in the auction due to the time needed for cataloging and preparation.

Important Guidelines

One Artwork Per Artist: Due to limited display space, only one submission per artist will be accepted, displayed, and auctioned.
Labeling: Clearly print your name legibly on the back of your artwork AND complete the Artist Submission Form and include it with your artwork.
Framing: The gallery will frame all submitted pieces.

Silent Auction Dates: March 14 – March 28, 2025

Auction Format: All artworks will be auctioned online, allowing supporters from around the world to participate and bid.
